The Community Health Foundation Health '22 Expo

Physicians & Surgeons for Women will be participating in the Community Health Foundation Health '22 Expo on September 28, 2022, 4:30pm-6:30pm, at the Hollenbeck Bayley Center (275 S Limestone St., Springfield). 

Learn how to get and stay healthy with free health screenings, demostrations and over 60 exhibits. You can even have a mammogram if you register in advance by calling 937-523-9332.

Admission to the expo is free and there will be refreshments.
